The 2021/22 Ski season is fast approaching! While we all can’t wait to get our equipment out and hit the slopes there is nothing worse then the soreness from working muscles you haven’t in almost 8 months. This month long workout program will have your legs ready to hit the slopes feeling better than ever on opening day and be ready to charge for 5 more days straight.
As a professional snowboarder myself I can guarantee you will feel your personal best on opening day this year after completing my program with me. A full calendar will be emailed to you upon purchase beginning that week so you can organize your time and stick to the program. You will also have direct access to Haili for a weekly check in.
