This 4 week gym program will introduce you to new exercises and ease you into a daily workout routine. Through the next couple weeks you will notice your strength increasing weekly and you will be lifting even more weight by the end of the month. Your body will be feeling light and energized even when you’re sore, making daily chores and activities that much easier and more fun.
